Dear running friends, you will see less activity from us this month, April 2018, as we are going to be out of town….
Andy is running the Great Wall of China with David Grier, intrepid adventurer and Miles for Smiles co-founder. They will be running about 60km a day for about 70 days, raising funds for causes close to their hearts, such as kidney health and corrective surgeries for children with cleft lip and palate.
You can visit David’s website and follow their progress at www.davidgrier.co.za

And Philippa is hiking the Camino de Santiago in Spain. She will be walking about 780km across Spain, and has also decided to use this opportunity to raise funds for Operation Smile, for corrective surgeries for children with cleft lip and palate. One corrective surgery costs about R5500 and takes about 45 minutes. Pleas support & make a donation here:
We will be back, and up and running at the beginning of May, offering running tours of the mountains & city scapes of the beautiful Mother City … We look forward to seeing and running with you then!
Wishing you all the best
